• 16,000 square foot, fully N+1 redundant facility located in Commack, New York.
• Access to Data Center is restricted to authorized personnel by two-factor authentication including biometric scanners. All entrances and common areas are monitored 24x7 via closed circuit cameras.
• Redundancy is built into heating and cooling systems to maintain a consistent and optimal environment. An FM200 fire supression system is in place to minimize risk in the unlikely event of a fire.
• On-site redundant power sources and back up generators including a multiple day fuel supply on site.
• Primary UPS's are redundant 225kva Liebert 600tSeries featuring redundant battery cabinets and full maintenance bypass allowing for service and upgrades without interruption.
• Generator backup services provided by tandem Detroit Diesel 500KW diesel generators.
• Network operations center staffed 24x7 365 days per year.
