Performance reporting analysis is a methodology for identifying, reporting, and adjusting key system characteristics to ensure the system’s performance meets an organization’s requirements for system utilization and capacity. First Option monitors optimal performance of critical system resources including CPU, DASD, main storage, and WAN/LAN communications.

On a daily basis, critical functions such as backup, error detection and fixes are consistently carried out ensuring systems are running at optimal performance levels. If an issue is identified, an immediate assessment is done to determine the affect on critical operations of the system, and any impact on users or business operations. Once the priorities have been established by communicating with our client, we take the necessary steps to resolve the concern. Our day-to-day involvement with the system places us in a position to provide feedback to customers to properly plan for the future and ensure that systems are sized appropriately.
